子宫内膜癌的综合治疗及疗效探讨

Study of the effectiveness and value of combined therapy on endometrial carcinoma

目的 探讨子宫内膜癌综合治疗的疗效和价值。方法 回顾性分析１９９０ 年１ 月到１９９５ 年１２ 月在本院作手术和综合治疗的８５ 例子宫内膜癌的临床和病理资料，其中单纯手术治疗１７例，综合治疗６８ 例。基本手术范围为全子宫＋ 双附件切除术，以高危组织学图像（ 如子宫内膜腺癌Ⅲ级、含透明细胞癌、腺鳞癌、浆液性乳头状腺癌、深肌层浸润等） 为依据，辅以术前、术后放疗，选择性追加化疗，对所有病例进行追踪随访。结果 生命表统计５ 年生存率８６ ．７ ％ 。结论 子宫内膜癌的综合治疗能达到满意的疗效。

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness and value of combined therapy on endometrial carcinoma. Methods Retrospertively analyse the clinical pathological data of 85 cases of endometrial carcinoma from 1990～1995 which were treated by surgery (17 cases) and combined therapy (68 cases), Surgery included hysterectomy and bilateral salpingo oophorectomy. On basis of high risk histopathology (endometrial adenocarcinoma Ⅲ, clear cell carcinoma, papillary serous carcinoma, adenosquamous carcinoma and deep myometrium invasion), and postoperative radiotherapy and/or chemotherapy were used as adjuvants. All the cases had been followed up. Results The life table statistics showed the 5 year survival rate of 86.7%. Conclusion The combined therapy of endometrial carcinoma is satisfactory and effective.(Shanghai Med J,1999,22:546 548)
