摘要
目的:观察良、恶性乳腺疾病 Cu、 Zn、 Fe 及 Cu/ Zn 比值的变化,以及探索这些微量元素与 C-erb B- 2、p53、 Ki- 67 之间可能存在的关系。方法:对42 例浸润性导管癌、45 例纤维腺瘤和小叶增生的患者进行了 Cu、 Zn、 Fe 含量(火焰原子吸收法)及 Ki- 67、 C- erb B- 2、p53 基因产物(免疫细胞化学法)的分析。结果:良、恶性乳腺肿瘤之间, Cu、 Fe 含量及 Cu/ Zn 比值均有显著性差异( P< 0.02; P< 0.02; P<0.001), Zn 值无显著性差异( P> 005)。乳腺疾病中 G- erb B- 2 阳性与否均与 Cu、 Zn、 Fe 含量有显著性差异( P< 002; P< 0005; P< 005),且 C- erb B- 2 阳性时, Cu、 Zn、 Fe 含量比其阴性时高。结论: Cu、 Zn、 Fe 含量变化与 C- erb B- 2 基因增强表达、肿瘤恶变密切相关。
In order to observe the variance of copper,zinc and iron levels and Cu/Zn ratio on 42 benign and 45 malignant breast tumors,especially the relation between the results of C-erbB-2,P53,Ki-67 and of trace elements,we determined copper,zinc and iron by atomic absorption spectrophotometer,detected the expressions of Ki-67,P53 and C-erbB-2 with immunocytochemistry methods.The results showed that between benign and malignant breast tumors,copper and iron was different P<0.02and Cu/Zn ratio was significantly different(P<0 001),but zinc was no difference.In addition,copper,zinc and iron levels were higher in C-erbB-2 protein product positive cases than that in C-erbB-2 negative cases of breast tumor including the benign and malignant (P<0 02;P<0.005;P<0.05).So,maybe we can draw a conclusion from the above that copper,zinc and iron play an important role in the over expression of C-erbB-2and growth of the tumor.
