妇科千金片中金属元素的含量测定

Determination of metallic Elements in Fukeqianjin Pian

用 Ａ Ａ Ｓ和 Ｉ Ｃ Ｐ Ａ Ｅ Ｓ法测定妇科千金片中铁、锌等１２ 种金属元素的含量。结果表明，铁、镍、钙的含量分别是植物类中药中铁、镍、钙含量理论均值的１７、１０４、１００ 倍，铜、钴的含量和理论均值接近，锌、钒、锰、钾的含量低于理论均值，妇科千金片的疗效与其含有的铁、钴、镍、锰、钒、铜、锌、钙、镁及小檗碱、穿心莲内酯等有关。

The contents of 12 kinds of metallic elements (Fe、Zn、Cu、Mn et al)in Fukeqianjin Pian were determined with methods AAS and ICP AES.The result showed that the contents of elements (Fe、Ni、Ca)in Fukeqinjian Pian were respectively 1.7、1.04、10.0 times the theory average values of that in chines medicinal herbs and the contents of elements(Cu、Co)were approximately equal to the theory average values of that in Chines medicinal herbs and the contents of elements (Zn、V、Mn、K)were lower than the theory average values of that in chines medicinal herbs.The action of Fukeqianjin Pian maybe have something to do with that elements(Fe、Co、Ni、Mn、V、Cu、Zn、Ca、Mg)and berberine andrographolide.
