三九中药治疗类风湿关节炎24例临床观察

Clinical observation on 24 rheumatoid arthritis patients treated with TCM

目的:观察三九中药冲剂对类风湿关节炎(RA)患者的治疗效果。方法:将46例类风湿关节炎患者随机分为两组,治疗组24例,对照组22例,治疗组在原方案不变的基础上加服中药,两组共治疗8周,观察患者临床症状、体征及炎性活动指标等改善情况,并在2个月后评价疗效。结果:治疗组临床控显效(54.17%)、总有效率(66.67%),与对照组临床控显率(18.18%)、总有效率(27.73%)比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。在减轻关节肿胀、疼痛、改善关节功能、降低炎性活动指标等方面治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);结论:中药能提高类风湿关节炎的临床疗效。

Objective： To observe and evaluate the clinical curative effect of the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis with TCM- Methods： 46 rheumatoid arthritis patients were randomly divided into treatment group, with 24 patients, and control group with 22 cases- Treatment group was treated with routine treatment as control group for 8 weeks, while also took additional TCM- Observing the improvement of the patients＇ symptoms, physical signs, and inflammatory activities indicators, and evaluate clinical curative effect 2 months later- Results： MCR was 54-17% and 18-18% for treatment group and control group respectively, and comprehensive effect was 66-67% and 27-73% （P〈0-01） for treatment group and control group respectively- The clinical curative effect is more effective for treatment group than control group in reducing arthroncus and pain, improving the function of joints, and reduction of indicators of inflammatory activity （P〈0-05 or P〈0-01）- Conclusion： TCM is effective in improving the clinical curative effect of rheumatoid arthritis-
