三仁汤加味治疗外感湿温病58例疗效观察

Effective observation on treating 58 cases of exogenous damp-warm disease with Sanren decoction

目的:观察三仁汤加味治疗外感湿温病58例的临床疗效。方法:将筛选后的116例外感湿温病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各58例,对照组采用解热镇痛、抗菌抗病毒等对症治疗;治疗组采用三仁汤加味治疗,治疗后分别观察两组患者体温恢复正常的平均时间、住院时间、住院费用,统计临床疗效。结果:治疗组体温恢复正常的时间明显比对照组快,住院时间和住院费用明显比对照组要少,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率和治愈率分别为96.55%和87.93%,对照组总有效率和治愈率分别为94.83%和60.34%,治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:三仁汤加味治疗外感湿温病疗效确切,值得临床推广。
