杜仲腰痛丸配合中药热敷治疗腰椎间盘突出症160例临床观察

Clinical observation of treating 160 cases of lumbar disc herniation with Duzhong Yaotong pills plus TCM hot compress

目的:观察口服杜仲腰痛丸配合外用熥敷合剂治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效?椒ǎ核婊∪?60例门诊腰椎间盘突出症患者,观察予内服杜仲腰痛丸配合外用熥敷合剂治疗4周后,患者疼痛积分的变化,并判断临床疗效。结果:160例患者疼痛积分均显著降低,治愈38例,显效64例,好转41例,无效17例。总有效率89.4%。结论:杜仲腰痛丸配合熥敷合剂治疗腰椎间盘突出症可减轻患者的疼痛症状,是一种花费少疗效好的治疗方法。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of treating lumbar disc herniation with Duzhong Yaotong pills plus the Tengfu mixture- Methods： Select 160 cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation randomly, observe the changes of pain scores in patients after treating with Duzhong Yaotong pills plus the Tongfu mixture for 4 weeks and determine clinical experience- Result： The pain scores of 160 patients decreased, 38 cases were cured, 64 cases were markedly effective, improved for 41 cases, 17 cases were ineffective- The total effective rate for 89-4%- Conclusion： Treating lumbar disc herniation with Duzhong Yaotong pills plus the Tongfu mixture can reduce the pain symptoms of patients, it is a treatment method-which spends less and has a good effect-
