摘要
目的:观察血栓通治疗不稳定性心绞痛的有效性及安全性。方法:选择80例不稳定性心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组40例和对照组40例。对照组常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用血栓通注射液治疗,观察用药前后心绞痛发作情况及心电图改善情况。结果:治疗组心绞痛及心电图改善情况优于对照组。结论:血栓通治疗不稳定性心绞痛安全、有效。
Objective： To observe the availability and safe of Xueshuantong in treating fugitiveness angina- Methods： 80 cases were divided into treatment groupwith 40 cases and control group with 40 cases randomly- The control group treated by conventional therapy and treatment group treated by conventional therapy and Xue Shuan Tong- To observe angina pectoris attacks and electrocardiogram- Results： Curative effect of treatment group is better than control group （P〈0-05）- Conclusion： Curative effect of Xueshuantong in treating angina pectoris is safe and utility-
