摘要 目的 探讨缺氧性脑水肿豚鼠血浆内皮素和一氧化氮含量变化及其高压氧(HBO) 干预治疗机制。方法 应用放免法和比色法检测豚鼠在急性缺氧性脑水肿及高压氧治疗前后血浆内皮素(ET) 与一氧化氮(NO) 含量变化。结果 急性缺氧后脑组织含水量、血浆ET 与NO 水平均有所上升,尤以NO 为著。HBO 治疗可降低脑组织含水量、血浆NO 水平,但ET 水平明显增高。结论 急性缺氧性脑水肿病理过程中有NO 过量生成,HBO 能减轻缺氧性脑水肿,其机制可能与抑制NO 生成及ET 增高相关。 Objective To investigate the dynamic changes of plasma endothelin (ET) and nitric oxi de (NO) levels in gunn rats with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) and their relations with hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) treatment. Methods We measured the brain water content and plasma ET & NO levels before, 12 hours and 24 hours after placing in hypoxic glass room by radioimmunoassay and cadmium column reduction spectrophotometry. Results The plasma NO level was markedly elevated at 12 hours and 24 hours after exposure to hypoxic milieu, whereas the plasma ET levels were also significantly increased, all these were significantly correlated with the brain water content. Conclusion These results suggest that during the hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy process, there is excessive production of NO, the mechanism of action of HBO may be associated with inhibition of NO production and elevation of plasma ET.
