序贯疗法对慢性风寒束表型荨麻疹治疗的临床观察

The clinical observation on treating chronic and cold beam phenotype urticarial by sequential therapy

目的:研究先于驱邪继以扶正,序贯疗法对慢性风寒束表型荨麻疹治疗的临床观察。方法:60例慢性风寒束表型荨麻疹患者随机分为两组,治疗组先予以麻黄汤加减及则玉屏风散和四君子汤,对照组常规西药治疗,四周后进行疾病疗效观察,随访半年。结果:经治疗后各指标积分水平显著下调,与治疗前比较差异均具有显著性(P<0.001),其中治疗组下调最为显著,与对照组比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05);两组疗效比较差异具有显著性(P=0.045);两组复发率比较差异具有显著性(P<0.001)。结论:先于驱邪继以扶正序贯疗法对慢性风寒束表型荨麻疹可显著降低复发率,具有良好的临床疗效。

Objective： To investigate the observation of chronic and cold beam phenotype urticarial by exorcism firstly then centralizer and sequential therapy- Methods： 60 cases of patients were randomly divided into two groups- The treatment group were given to ephedra decoction and Sijunzi decoction and Yupingfeng san while the control group were treated by conventional Western medicine- Observing the effect after four weeks and following them up for half a year- Results： The index points were significantly reduced after the treatment and the differences were significant （P〈0-001） that the treatment group decreased most significantly- Compared with the control group, the difference was significant （P〈0-05） so as the effect （P=0-045） and the recurrence rate （P〈0-001）- Conclusion： The therapy can obviously decrease the recurrence rate and make good clinical efficacy-
