玉屏风颗粒结合溴化异丙托品治疗血管运动性鼻炎86例疗效观察

Effective observation on treating 86 cases of vasomotor rhinitis in Yuping Feng particles plus ipratropium bromide

目的:探讨口服玉屏风颗粒加外用溴化异丙托品气雾剂治疗血管运动性鼻炎的疗效。方法:随机选取86例血管运动性鼻炎患者,采用口服玉屏风颗粒及外用溴化异丙托品气雾剂疗法治疗20天,12个月后复查。结论:口服玉屏风颗粒结合鼻内应用溴化异丙托品气雾剂治疗血管运动性鼻炎疗效确切,患者无明显全身性副作用。

Objective： To explore the effect ofYuping feng particles plus ipratropium bromide treat vasomotor rhinitis- Methods： 86 cases were randomly selected form the patients with vasomotor rhinitis who will use Yu Ping feng plus ipratropium for 20 days, and reviewed after 12 months- Conclusion： Using Yuping feng plus ipratropium was safe and effective in the treatment of vasomotor rhinitis, and without obvious systemic side effects-
