摘要
新时期北部湾经济区信息化人才面临的基本态势是:信息产业的快速发展对人才素质提出了新的要求;人才已成为信息产业国际化竞争的焦点;人才是建设信息产业强国的重要支撑。人才缺乏是信息产业发展的瓶颈:人才总量不足;人才发展不平衡;人才供求矛盾突出。北部湾经济区信息化人才培养对策:构建基础型、应用型和复合型人才的培养模式;强化政府对人才培养的主导职能;优化学校教育的培养职能;创建人才孵化池培养新模式。
The trends of the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone in the new period are the rapid development of information industry putting forward new requirements to the quality of talent,and talents having become the focus of international competition and even the important supporter for the information industry power.Shortage of talents is a bottleneck in the development of information industry because the total talent is not enough,human development is uneven and the supply and demand contradiction of talent is very big.Training Strategies of Beibu Gulf Economic Zone Information Industry are to build a basic,applied and multi-talented personnel training mode and strengthen the government's dominant functions of training.In the meantime,it's certainly helpful for talents training by optimizing the function of education training in school and creating a new model of training talent pool.
