摘要 阿尔兹海默病(AD)严重影响现代老年人生活质量,其治疗成为研究热点问题。蛋白L型异天冬氨酰基/D型天冬氨酰基邻甲基转移酶(PIMT)对AD中淀粉样β蛋白沉积起到抑制作用,其过程包括对异天冬氨酸的修复功能和对α分泌酶表达的调节,为AD治疗提供一个新的方向。 Alzheimer's disease seriously affectes the modem elderly people's life qualities so that it treating become a hot issue- Protein-L-isoaspartyl/D-aspartyl o-methyltransferase (PIMT) has a inhibit effect to Amyloid β Protein deposition in AD, this process contains repair function to different aspartate and regulate function to the expression of a secretase, provides a new direction to treating AD-
