以往护理干预对象是病人,尤其在一个家庭中出现一个脑卒中患者时护理的照顾重点放在脑卒中患者身上,而照顾者往往被忽视,在照顾者人群中往往是处在亚健康状态,甚至患有慢性病。通过对家属进行护理干预,找出影响因素,从而提高家属的应对能力和身心健康,促进患者的康复、提高患者的生命质量。

Patients were the nursing intervention object at before, especially when a family appears a stroke patient, all the attentions put on it that lead caregivers to be neglected- In this case, caregivers often in sub-health state, many of them even with chronic diseases- Through the nursing intervention to the patients＇ family members to find the factors so that improved their ability to cope and the health of the patients＇ family members, promoted the rehabilitation of patients and improved their life qualities-
