摘要
目的:建立消炎利胆滴丸的微生物限度检查方法。方法:按《中国药典》2010年版一部附录微生物限度检查方法进行微生物限度验证试验。结果:5株阳性菌的回收率均大于70%。结论:可按平皿法对消炎利胆滴丸进行微生物限度检查。
Aim：To establish a method for microbial limit test of Xiaoyan Lidan Diwan.Methods：The validation test for microbial limit examination of Xiaoyan Lidan Diwan was according to the method of Chinese Pharmacopoeia.Results：The recovery is over 70% in 5 positive strains by themethod of culture dish.Conclusion：The validation method of Qiju Dihuang Wan for microbial limit should use culture dish method.
