上皮生长因子及其受体在胰腺癌中表达的临床病理学意义 被引量:4

The clinicopathological significance of the expression of epidermal growth factor and its receptor in pancreatic cancer

摘要 目的 研究上皮生长因子(epidermal growthfactor EGF) 及其受体(epidermalgrowth factorreceptor EGFR) 在胰腺癌中表达的临床病理学意义。 方法 采用链亲合素生物素免疫组织化学法测定胰腺癌标本57 例。 结果 EGF和EGFR 的表达率分别为74% (42/57) 和53% (30/57),两者比较差异有显著意义(P<0.05) 。二者共同表达率为53% (30/57),均未表达率为26% (15/57) 。EGF在Ⅲ期及3 级胰腺癌患者中的表达率均明显高于EGFR 的表达。Ⅲ期中二者表达率分别为73% (30/41) 和51% (21/41),两者比较差异有显著意义( P< 0 .05) ;3 级中二者表达率分别为87% (13/15) 和60% (9/15),两者比较差异有显著意义( P< 0.05)。EGF及EGFR的表达与患者的年龄、性别、癌灶部位、分期、分级等无明显相关性。二者共同表达与不良预后有显著相关性。 结论 EGF和EGFR在胰腺癌免疫组织化学中表达常为阳性。 Objectives To study the clinicopathological significance of the expression of epidermal growth factor (EGF) and epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) in pancreatic cancer.Methods The tumor samples were obtained from fifty seven cases of pancreatic cancer. All data were analyzed according to TNM stage classification by the International Union Against Cancer (UICC). The streptavidin biotin (SAB) method was performed immunohistochemically.Results The frequency of the expression of EGF and RGFR was 74% (42/57) and 53% (30/57), respectively ( P <0.05). The frequency of their coexpression is 53% (30/57). The frequency of EGF expression is significantly higher than that of EGFR in patients with stage Ⅲ for 73% (30/41) and 51% (21/41) and in the patients with grade 3 for 87% (13/15) and 60%(9/15), respectively ( P <0.05). No significant relationships were found between the expression of EGF and its receptor and the patients age, gender, site of the tumor, stage, and grade. Their coexpression was significantly associated with the poor prognosis.Conclusion Expression of EGF and EGFR were seen frequently in the pancreatic cancer immunohistochemically. They might be the useful indicators for evaluating the prognosis of the pancreatic cancer.
