中西医结合治疗甲亢患者40例临床观察

Clinical observation on treating 40 cases of hyperthyroidism in the integrative medicine

目的:探讨清肝汤加味与西医结合在治疗甲亢患者中的疗效。方法:选择2009年6月～2010年12月在我院治疗的甲亢患者80例,随机分为2组,Ⅰ组患者采用传统的西医进行治疗,Ⅱ组患者在Ⅰ组患者治疗方法的基础上,加用清肝汤加味。对比两组患者的治疗结果,包括患者的临床症状、眼凸和甲状腺肿大情况、FT3和FT4减少情况。结果:Ⅱ组患者在治疗后,总有效率为90%,与Ⅰ组患者的总有效率70%相比,有统计学意义。FT3和FT4减少情况经统计学分析,有P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论:中西医结合方法在治疗甲亢时,有很好的疗效。

Objective： To explore the effect of treating hyperthyroidism by Qingan decoction Jiawei and in the integrative medicine. Methods： Selecting 80 cases of hyperthyroidism in our hospital from June 2009 to December 2010, randomly divided them into 2 groups, the patients of I group applying traditional Western medicine to treat, based on that, the patients of II group plus Qinggan decoction Jiawei. Compared the treatment outcome of the patients of two groups, including clinical symptoms, protruding eyes and goiter situations, FT3 and FT4 reduction. Results： The total efficacy rate of II group was 90% after the treatment, compared with the I （70%）, which had statistically meaning. Through statistical analysis the FT3 and FT4 reduction, P〈0.05, which had statistical meaning. Conclusion： Integrative medicine treating hyperthyroidism had good effect.
