中医辨证治疗老年性支气管扩张症的临床研究

A clinical study on treating senile bronchiectasis in TCM

目的:探讨对老年支气管扩张患者运用中医辨证治疗的临床疗效。方法:选取在2007年10月～2009年10月期间于门诊就诊的老年性支气管扩张症患者30例运用中医辨证治疗,统计治疗后症状改善情况。结果:治愈21例,占70.0%,好转7例,占23.3%,未愈2例,占6.7%,治疗总有效率93.3%;随访半年复发6例,复发率为20.0%。结论:对老年性支气管扩张症进行以养阴清热、凉血止血为基础的中医辨证治疗,临床疗效显著。

Objective： To discuss the clinical effect of treating senile bronchiectasis in TCM. Methods： To choose 30 patients with senile bronchiectasis in TCM from October 2007 to October 2009, and observed the improvement of symptoms after treatment. Results： 21 cases were cured, 70.0%; Improved 7 cases, 23.3%; Healed 2 cases, 6.7%; Total effective rate was 93.3%; Followed up six cases of recur -ence for six months, the recurrence rate was 20.0%. Conclusion： The age-related bronchiectasis were to cleating away heat and cooli -ng blood to stop bleeding based TCM treatment, the clinical effect is significant.
