胶艾汤加减治疗青春期功能性子宫出血70例临床观察

Clinical observation on treating 70 cases of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding with the Jiaoai decoction

目的:观察胶艾汤治疗青春期功能性子宫出血疗效。方法:选取135例患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组65例,治疗组70例,治疗组用胶艾汤治疗,对照组口服倍美丽治疗。结果:对照组治愈15例,显效20例,有效13例,无效17例;治疗组治愈45例,显效18例,有效5例,无效3例。结论:胶艾汤加减治疗青春期功能性子宫出血疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the effect on treating adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding with Jiaoai decoction. Methods： Select 135 cases of patients to divide them into treatment group and control group randomly, control group for 65 cases, treatment group for 70 cases, the treatment group was treated by Jiaoai decoction, the control group was treated by Beimeili. Result： 15 cases were cured, mark -edly effective were 20 cases, effective for 13 cases, invalid for 17 cases in the control group; In the treatment group, 45 cases were cured, markedly effective were 18 cases, effective for 5 cases, invalid for 3 cases. Conclusion： The effect of treating adolescent dysfunctional uter -ine bleeding with Jiaoai decoction was good.
