在代谢综合征的临床中,现代医学提出的"胰岛素抵抗"是个值得怀疑的概念。真正引起胰岛素不能正常发挥生理效应的原因是血液流变学异常(血瘀)引起的微循环障碍,使葡萄糖和胰岛素不能正常通过毛细血管与靶细胞接触,胰岛素"英雄无用武之地"造成血糖升高。
