中医辨证治疗胸痹84例临床分析

A clinical analysis of treating 84 cases of chest numbness in TCM

目的:探讨运用中医辨证分型治疗胸痹的治疗效果。方法:回顾性分析84例胸痹患者根据不同的症候辨证治疗和同期84例胸痹患者经普通治疗的临床资料,并做对比。结果:治疗组84例中痊愈占18.1%,显效占33.3%,好转占38.9%,无效占9.7%,总有效率90.3%。对照组84例中痊愈占11.1%,显效占27.8%,好转占41.7%,无效占19.4%,总有效率80.6%。结论:中医辨证治疗胸痹的疗效良好。

Objective： To discuss the clinical effect on treating chest numbness in TCM differential treatment. Method： Retrospective analysis the clinical data of 84 patients treated depending on the symptoms and 84 patients treated in conventional therapy, then compared the results. Results： In the treatment group, 18.1% cured, 33.3% markedly, 38.9% improved, 9.7% invalid, the total effective rate was 87.5%. In the control group, 11.1% cured, 27.8% markedly, 41.7% improved, 19.4% invalid, the total effective rate was 80.6%. Conclusion： Treating chest numbness in TCM bad a good clinical effect.
