The agricultural production cooperation movement in the revolutionary base areas had experienced four stages： the fermentation,the seed,the growth,the mature.It had distinctive characteristics in the organizational initiation,organizational admittance,organizational aim,organizational scale,organizational potency dimension and organizational forms aspects.We research it again now,which may have reference for the rural work.
