沿江区域事故风险评估风险因子研究

Study on the Risk Factor in Regional Accident Risk Assessment Along the Yangtze River

提出了沿江区域事故风险评估中事故风险因子的构成、辨识依据和辨识方法,提出了从生产事故的风险因子、环境与生态风险因子、救援与社会响应风险因子3个方面进行分析的基本框架,并对3方面风险因子的具体构成和辨识过程进行了简述。为今后类似区域的事故风险评估提供了一个较好的思路,具有一定的借鉴意义。

This paper puts forward the structure,identification basis and identification methods of accident risk factor in safety risk assessment.The basic frame is also raised based on three great fields,risk factor of accident,risk factor of environment and zoology and risk factor of rescue and social response.The specific forms and identification procedures of the three fields are simply described,which provides a better idea for safety risk assessment of similar area in future and is significant.
