Affect of Hanjiang River Closure Project on Ecological Environment

针对潮州供水枢纽工程截流对生态环境的影响进行调查与分析。分析河流生态系统的特征,认为该工程为工农业生产和人民生活提供了用水,但对河流系统及生态环境产生了不利影响,建议工程管理者应用现代技术开展环境影响评价,制定利于生态环境的工程运作模式,减轻工程对河流生态系统的影响,实现可持续发展。

Based on the closure of Chaozhou Water Supply Project,this paper conducts investigations and analyses to the changes of ecological environment.The analysis of river ecosystem characteristics shows that this project provides water for the industrial and agricultural production and the people living,but the river system and the ecological environment has been impacted.So it is proposed that engineering managers should apply the modern technologies to deeply conduct environmental impact assessment,formulate favorable operation modes of ecological environment construction,mitigate the impacts of engineerings on river ecosystems and so to achieve sustainable development.
