摘要
为了解决加油站油气回收系统因设备故障或者设置不当导致的密闭性、液阻或气液比超标,造成挥发性有机物污染环境而常规的周期性油气回收测试不能及时发现的问题,提出一种油气回收在线监测系统的设计思路和实现方案。通过在回气管路上加装ROOTS流量计测量回气流量,在回气总管上加装真空/压力变送器检测管压,设计数据采集模块采集流量计的流量脉冲信号和真空/压力变送器的压力模拟信号,检测回收系统气液比、液阻、密闭性等指标是否符合要求,监测油气回收系统的工况。并分析了在线监控系统的检测结果不确定度,分析结果证明系统的气液比和压力监测结果满足国家标准的要求。
The malfunction and incorrect setting of vapor recovery system can cause exceeding limit of air to liquid volume ratio,vapor recovery tightness and dynamic back pressure.Thus volatile organic compounds pollute the environment while periodic vapor recovery detection cannot find it in time.The design and realization programs are proposed which include the installing of a ROOTS flow-meter on the gasoline vapor pipeline,a vacuum/pressure transmitter on the trunk pipeline and research of a data sample module for acquiring flow-meter pulse signal and transmitter analog signal to monitor the accordance of air to liquid volume ratio,vapor recovery tightness and dynamic back pressure to the national standard.Furthermore the uncertainty is analyzed to prove the full accordance to national standard.
