专家控制在静电除尘器电源控制系统中的应用

Application of Expert Control in Power Control System for Electrostatic Precipitation

根据高压静电除尘系统的特点及专家的经验,建立了专家控制模型。设计并研制出以DSP为核心的电除尘电源控制器,采用CCS2.2编写控制软件,实现了电除尘电源控制的专家控制。现场应用表明,此方法对各种粉尘的波动具有较强的适应能力,能减少调节时间,较快地跟踪所设定的高压电场电压,并能根据粉尘浓度的变化改变高压电场的电压,在节能的同时大大地提高了除尘效率,产生了显著的经济效益和社会效益。

According to the features of high voltage electrostatic precipitation and the experiences from the experts,the module of expert control is built.An electrostatic precipitation power controller on the core of DSP is designed,the control software is compiled by using CCS2.2 and the expert control of electrostatic precipitation power control can be realized.The practical application shows that this method has strong adaptability to the fluctuation of various dusts,can reduce the adjusting time,traces the setting voltage of high voltage field quickly and changes the voltage of high voltage field according to the dust density,which saves energy and greatly improves the collection efficiency at the same time and so the significant economic and social benefits are produced.
