摘要
目的：联合化疗加入基因重组粒细胞集落刺激因子方案在自身外周血干细胞移植中动员造血干细胞的作用及临床效果，以寻找有效的造血干细胞动员方案。方法：动员方案以联合化疗加ｈｒＧ－ ＣＳＦ为主，联合化疗方案包括ＤＡ、ＨＡ、ＤＯＬＰ、ＭＰ等，每日ｈｒＧ—ＣＳＦ１～３μｇ／ｋｇ 连用１ｄ～６ｄ。结果：动员时间２５．２０ｄ±１３．７４ｄ。ＭＮＣ采集量为（１．０１±０．７９）×１０８／ｋｇ，ＧＭ—ＣＦＵ 为（４．５９±２．６６）×１０３ ／ｋｇ，ＣＤ３４细胞为（２．５９±２．３４）×１０６／ｋｇ，１５ 例患者经预处理方案后回输动员的造血干细胞全部恢复造血功能。结论：联合化疗加ｈｒＧ—ＣＳＦ为外周血干细胞移植术中造血干细胞动员的有效方案。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of combined chemotherapy plus hrG-CSF on mobilizing hematopoietic stem cells and find effetive regimen of hematopoietic stem cell mobilization.Methods:The regimen included combined chemotherapy and hrG-CSF.The combined chemotherapy was composed of DA,HA,DOLP and MP.HrG-CSF was given 1～3μg/Kg dialy for 1～6 days.Result:the number of MNC collected was 1.01±0.79×10 8/kg,GM-CFU 4.59±2.66×10 3/kg,CD 34 cell 2.59±2.34×10 6kg.15 patients recieving above stem cells all recovered their hematopoietic functiovs.Conclusion:Combined chemotnerapy plus hrG-CSF is a effective regimen of mobilizing hematopoietic stem cell.
