腰椎间盘突出症合并马尾神经损伤11例

Lumbar disc protrusion with cauda equina injury(clinical report 11 cases)

目的：探讨腰椎间盘突出症合并马尾神经损伤的特点、鉴别诊断及损伤机制，并总结其诊断、治疗及预防经验。方法：１１ 例腰椎间盘突出症合并马尾神经损伤，均采用全椎板切除，彻底摘除髓核的术式治疗。结果：随诊１ａ～７ａ，其中４ 例完全恢复，６ 例不完全恢复，１例无恢复。结论：腰椎间盘突出症合并马尾神经损伤，与间盘突出大小、病程长短及是否合并椎管狭窄密切相关，一经确诊立即手术治疗。

Objiective:To study the characteristic,diagnosis,treatment and the principle of injuries of lumbar disc protrusion with canda equina injury.Method:laminectomy were taken for all the patients.Intervertebral disks of protrusion were removed completely.Result :The patients were followed up for l year to 7 years.Four of the partients were up to normal.The symptoms of 6 cases were improved.One patient hasnochanges.Conclusions:The clinical presentations of this disease chiefly dependon the size of lumbar disc protrusion,clinical course and whether combining into spinal steosis.These patients must be taken operation as soon as they are diagnosed.
