摘要
以多工位电机铁芯级进模具的加工工艺性设计为根本出发点,阐明级进模具的叠铆凸模在某些特殊情况下的结构设计及工艺分析,并进行优化。通过改变叠铆凸模的部分结构设计,可获得能够避免需要高端设备投入的工艺路线。比较叠铆凸模结构更改前、后对模具的影响,改型后的结构设计能降低30个百分点的生产成本和20个百分点的生产周期,从而达到效率和效益的最大化。
Based on the design of the multi stage motor core progressive die,the design structure and process analysis of a bulgy mold of folding rivet in some special situations was discussed and optimized.By changing the partial structures of bulgy mold of folding rivet cleverly,the processing route which can avoid high-end equipment input was obtained.The production cost is reduced by 30% and the production cycle is reduced by 20% after changing the structure,which maximizes the efficiency and benefits.
