摘要
对弹性隔套的具体结构进行了研究,分析了该类鼓形零件的胀形特点及其传统生产工艺,设计了自动预压整体式弹性隔套胀形模,介绍了该模具的结构特点、工作过程及设计要点。该模具避免了之前产品坯料因变形大而造成内部微裂纹的缺陷,保证了弹性隔套的外形尺寸及性能要求,同时产能提升2倍以上。
Based on the study of the concrete structure of elastic sleeve as well as the analysis of the drum parts' characteristics of bulging and its traditional manufacturing technique,automatic prepressing optimum elastic sleeve bulging die was designed.The structural feature,working processs and design essentials of the die were introduced in this paper.This die avoids the former problem of the blanks' inner microcrack because of overlarge deformation,and it guarantees the dimension and performance requirement of elastic sleeve,at the same time,productivity can be promoted by more than twice.
