摘要
介绍了压花模具的组成、安装、设计要点以及调试过程中常见问题的处理。通过更换前2块口模板和增加压花装置的方式,将普通模具改装成压花模具,同一套模具就能够实现普通型材和压花型材都可以生产,大大降低了成本。结果表明,压花模具结构简单,安装、操作方便。
In this paper,the structure,installation and design essentials of the figured mould and the treatment of the common problem in the debugging were introduced.By changing the common mould into figured mould in the way of replacing the first 2 templates and increasing the figured device,the same mould can product common and figured blank,which reduces the cost greatly.The results show that the structure of the figured mould is simple and its installation and operation are convenient.
