基于MPI的注塑模浇口位置优化设计

摘要 根据注塑件卷轮座的具体使用要求,利用Moldflow软件(MPI)计算机模拟分析,对卷轮座的浇口位置进行优化设计研究。通过将优化方案和初始设计方案进行比较,浇口位置的优化设计能够避免注塑件的翘曲缺陷产生,解决了卷轮座底座的平面度误差问题。在实际生产中,所采用的优化浇口方案的翘曲量满足零件的要求。研究结果表明:采用MPI优化设计能缩短模具试模时间,提高产品的质量和生产效率。 According to the concrete demand of the injection molded part-roll wheel seat,the optimization research on the gate location of roll wheel seat was developed based on computer simulation with the software Moldflow(MPI).Also,a comparison was made between the optimization plan and the original plan,and the results show that the optimization of the gate location can avoid the warping defect of injection molded part and reduce the flatness error of roll wheel seat base.The practical production verifies that the optimization plan can fully satisfy the warping requirement of machine parts.In addition,research results show that the optimization design based on MPI can effectively shorten the die trial time and improve the product quality and the production efficiency.
