连续性肾脏替代治疗与间歇性血液透析治疗重症急性肾衰的比较研究

目的探讨连续性肾脏替代治疗与间歇性血液透析治疗重症急性肾衰的效果。方法将我院2009年6月至2010年6月收治的重症急性。肾衰80例患者随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组采用间歇性血液透析治疗，观察组采用连续性肾脏替代治疗，比较两组治疗前后血清肌酐（Scr）、尿素氮（BUN）、内生肌酐（Ccr）的水平以及半年内的存活率。结果观察组的半年存活率为80．O％显著高于对照组52．5％，P〈0．05。且观察组的Scr、BUN、Ccr的改善显著优于对照组，P〈0．05。结论连续性肾脏替代治疗重症急性肾衰的效果较好。

objective explore the continuity renal replacement therapy and intermittent hemodialysis treatments for severe acute renal failure effect. Methods will be our hospital from June 2009 to June 2010 severe acute renal failure were 80 patients were randomly divided into trial group and control group, were treated by intermittent hemodialysis therapy, the observation group using continuous renal replacement therapy, compared with two groups before and after treatment （Scr） serum creatinine, urea nitrogen （BUN）, endogenous creatinine （Ccr） level and half a year＇s survival. Results the observation group of surial was significantly higher than half 52.5% 80.0% group, P 〈 0.05. And the observation group of Scr, BUN, Ccr improved significantly better than the control group, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion continuous renal replacement therapy of severe acute renal failure effect is good.
