益气降脂汤治疗高脂血症的临床研究

Yiqi lipid-lowering hyperlipemia decoction in the treatment of clinical research

目的探讨益气降脂汤治疗高脂血症的临床疗效。方法将我院2008年1月至2010年10月收治的120例高脂血症的患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组30例，对照组采用西药调脂，观察组在对照组的基础上采用益气降脂汤治疗，比较两组患者治疗前后甘油三脂（TG）、血清胆困醇（TC）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL—C）的变化及治疗效果。结果观察组的总有效率为93．4％（28／30）显著高于对照组的总有效率80．0％（24／30），P〈0．05。且观察组的TG、TC、HDL—C的改善显著优于对照组，P〈0．05。结论益气降脂汤治疗高脂血症效果满意，可明显减低患者血脂。

objective to investigate yiqi lipid-lowering hyperlipemia decoction ＂in the treatment of clinical curative effect. Methods will be our hospital from December 200g to June 2009, 60 patients with hyperlipidemia were the patients were randomly divided into trial group and control group, each group of 30 cases were treated by western medicine lipid, observation group in the control group, on the basis of yiqi lipid-lowering decoction, compared with two groups of patients before and after the treatment triglycerides （TG）, serum cholesterol （TC）, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol （hdl-c） change and treatment effect. Results the total effective rate of observation group rate （28/30） is significantly higher than the total effective control 80.0% （24/30）, P 〈 0.05. And the observation group thetg, TC, hdl-c improved significantly better than the control group, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion yiqi lipid-lowering decoction hyperlipidemia can obviously reduce with satisfactory effect and patients cholesterol.
