髓过氧化物酶-463G/A基因多态性与福建汉族人冠心病易感性的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究髓过氧化物酶(myeloperoxidase,MPO)-463位G/A基因多态性与福建汉族人冠心病易感性的关系。方法采用病例-对照研究方法,应用聚合酶链反应-限制性片断长度多态性(PCR—RFLP)技术检测157例冠脉造影证实的冠心病患者(冠心病组)和78例冠脉造影未对照者(冠脉造影未发现任何可辨认斑块或狭窄,对照组)MPO-463位基因型,并进行统计学分析。结果MPO-463位G/A多态性有3种基因型(GG,GA,AA),两组间基因型分布和等位基因频率分布差异有统计学意义(P均〈O.05),携带至少一个等位基因G(GG+GA型)者发生冠心病的危险性是不携带此基因(AA型)者的3.518倍。结论MPO-463位基因多态性与福建汉族人冠心病易感性相关。
