黄芪在大鼠脊髓损伤早期作用的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察黄芪对脊髓损伤后脂质过氧化的抑制作用,探讨黄芪对大鼠脊髓损伤的影响。方法96只大鼠随机分为对照组、实验组,Allen’s法制作脊髓损伤模型。分别于30m、1h和4h经腹腔内给药(对照组为盐水,实验组为盐水加黄苠注射液),1h、4h和8h3个时间点处死大鼠,取出伤段脊髓。应用黄嘌呤氧化法和硫代巴比妥酸化学发光法测定伤段脊中超氧化物歧化酶活性和丙二醛含量。数据应用单因素方差分析(One—WayANOVA)进行统计学处理。光镜观察损伤脊髓的组织病理学改变。结果对照组伤段脊髓脊髓内丙二醛的浓度不断升高,超氧化物歧化酶活性急剧下降,实验组大鼠脊髓内丙二醛浓度降低,超氧化物歧化酶活性升高。实验组与对照组之间在伤后各时相点的丙二醛浓度和超氧化物歧化酶活性均存在显著性差异。组织形态学观察:实验组各时间点损伤脊髓的组织病理切片显示出血、水肿、神经细胞变性较轻。结论黄芪可以抑制脊髓损伤后的脂质过氧化反应,减轻脊髓继发性损害。
