为广西农业发展提供有关方面参考,从机遇、成就、问题与战略对策4个方面探讨广西农业的发展问题。广西农业在中国热带、亚热带特色农业中占有重要地位。国家对广西农业发展一直高度重视,近年来出台了一系列相关政策,对推动广西农业发展起到了重要作用。进入"十二五"期间,广西农业面临着新的良好发展机遇,尤其是中国—东盟自由贸易区的建立,为广西发展外向型农业带来了难得的历史性机遇。在"十一五"期间,广西农业虽然取得了巨大成就,但是广西农业发展仍然存在诸多问题,如作物产量较低,潜力未能发挥;土壤退化严重,生产环境变劣;农业基础脆弱,发展后劲不足;农业科技落后,支撑能力不强。"十二五"期间乃至今后相当长的一段时期内,要实现广西农业又好又快的发展,必须实施的发展战略有开放战略、带动战略、提升战略和低碳战略。

The purpose of this paper was to discuss the development issue of Guangxi agriculture from the aspects such as opportunity, achievement, problem and strategy.. Guangxi agriculture holds the important status in tropics and subtropics agriculture with characteristics in our country. The Central Party Committee and the State Council always pays more attention to the agricultural development of Guangxi. In last several years, a series of related policies were issued, which played a vital role in the promotion of agricultural development in Guangxi Province. Entering into the ＂ Twelve-Five ＂ period, Guangxi agriculture is facing good development opportunity, particularly the establishment of ＂ Chinese-Association of Southeast Asian Nations free trading area ＂ , has brought the rare historical opportunity to develop the export-oriented agriculture for Guangxi. In the ＂ Eleven-Five ＂ period, although huge achievements were obtained in Guangxi agriculture, there were many problems in the agriculture development in Guangxi. For example, crops output was low, potential was not able to be displayed; soil degeneration was serious, production environment became poor; agricultural foundation was frail, growth potential was insufficient; agricultural science and technology was backward, and support capacity was not strong. At the ＂ Twelve-Five ＂ period from now on and even in the future quite long time, in order to realize the development with good and fast in agriculture in Guangxi Province, some developmental strategies should be implemented. They include open strategy, driving strategy, enhancement strategy and low-carbon strategy.
