小细胞肺癌胰腺转移一例
摘要
原发性肺癌发生胰腺转移的几率相对较小。现将我科收治的1例小细胞肺癌胰腺转移病例，报告如下。
临床资料
患者，男性，71岁。有长期吸烟史。入院前3周出现中上腹闷胀伴恶心、嗝气、食欲下降，1个月内体重下降约20余斤。上腹部CT检查提示胰尾部恶性占位伴双侧肾上腺转移，外院拟“胰腺癌”收入院行姑息治疗。
