摘要 为了提高正电子发射断层成像(Positron Emission Tomography,PET)重建图像质量,提出一种投影数据导引的PET图像优质重建方法。新方法利用恢复投影数据的重建图像冗余信息优化非局部均值权重。对投影数据进行恢复,采用传统的滤波反投影(Filtered Back Projection,FBP)法进行PET图像重建,利用非局部均值(Non-localmeans)的思想计算权值矩阵,利用该权值先验矩阵导引直接重建FBP图像的非局部均值滤波。仿真和临床PET数据实验表明,方法可以在满足临床应用的需求下,有效地改善PET重建图像质量。 A novel approach is proposed to improve PET image quality by a non-local means prior induced by projection recovery.The new method exploits the redundancy of information in the image reconstructed from the restored projection data by optimizing non-local weight.Firstly, the raw projection data is restored, and the PET image is reconstructed with conventional Filtered Back Projection(FBP).A weight matrix is calculated by the non-local means weighting formula,and then the direct reconstructed image is restored with a non-local means prior guided by this weight matrix.Simulated and clinical PET data experiment results demonstrate that the proposed method has an effective quality improvement to the PET image under the condition of meeting the clinical needs.
