摘要
目的:对不同浓度蜂蜡为阻滞剂,制备的布洛芬控释人工骨(IBFPHAWAX) 进行体外释药实验,考察IBFPHAWAX中布洛芬的释放规律。方法:用紫外分光光度法于221 nm 处测定包裹与未包裹蜂蜡的IBFPHAWAX每天的释药量。结果:药物溶出50 % 时,未包裹蜂蜡、包裹20 % 蜂蜡和包裹30% 蜂蜡的IBFPHAWAX,体外释药时间分别为6 d,12 d 和17 d,蜂蜡浓度越高,药物释放就越慢。结论:IBFPHAWAX可有效控制药物的释放,本药物缓释系统实现了以不同蜂蜡浓度调节药物释放速度。
OBJECTIVE:To prepare controlled ibuprofen release drug delivery system,and investingate the ibuprofen releasing characterization of the prepared dosage form.METHODS:Porous hydroxylapatite was used as the carrier to encapsulate ibuprofen,with different amount of wax as retardant.The amount of ibuprofen released from ibuprofen PHA WAX,per day,was measured by UV method at 221 nm.RESULTS:Wax can frame granules and cover most pores of porous hydroxylapatite ceramic.So can the system controlled the releasing of ibuprofen.The T 50% for ibuprofen PHA WAX,with 0%,20%,30% wax encapsulated,were 6 day,12 day,17 day.Drug release wax will be lower with higher amount of wax encapsulated.CONCLUSIONS:Ibuprofen PHA WAX can be used to controlled drug release rate effectively.This controlled drug delivery system can modify the drug release rate by encapsulating different amount of wax.
