薄层扫描法测定通脉活络丸中黄芪甲苷的含量

Determination of astragaloside A in Tongmai Huoluo Pills by TLC scanning

目的：测定通脉活络丸中黄芪甲苷的含量。方法：用甲醇边提取边皂化，然后用氯仿正丁醇（２∶１） 萃取等步骤制成供试品，以薄层扫描法测定，λＳ＝５３０ ｎｍ ，λＲ＝ ６８０ ｎｍ 。结果：平均回收率为９７．４７％ ，ＲＳＤ＝２ ．４２ ％ ，两批样品中黄芪甲苷的含量分别为０ ．０３８ ９ ％ 和０．０４１ ５％ 。结论：该方法较为简便，经济。

OBJECTIVE:To determine astragaloside A in Tongmai Huoluo pills.METHODS: Tongmai Huoluo pills were extracted and saponificated with methyl alcohol simultaneously,and then were extracted and processed into the samples with chloroform butanal(2∶1) and so on,finally the samples were determinated by TLC scanning(λ S=530 nm,λ R=680 nm).RESULTS:Average recovery was 97.47% ,and RSD = 2.42% .The contents of the astragaloside A in two groups of samples are 0.038 9% and 0.041 5% respectively.CONCLUSIONS:The method is simple,convenient and economical.
