The Understanding of Power Value of Athletes

运动员特殊的成长环境和过程形成了运动员独特的群体文化特征,运动员的权力价值观就是其中之一。一方面采用定性心理学研究方法对运动员的权力价值观进行剖析;另一方面引入文化心理学当中的"权力距离"概念来对运动员这一特殊文化群体进行分析。结果发现在高权力距离文化的特征背景下,运动员权力价值观的结构当中包括:目标一致性、尊重、教练惩罚的权力、沟通、自我选择、利益、生活方式、环境影响、亲密程度;这些因素共同构成了一个不断自我强化的、绝对服从与表面服从并行的权力价值体系。

Particular power value of athletes is one of the cultural values shared by athletes group,which is constructed through their special living environment and experiences.On the one hand,qualitative method was used to explore the structure of power value of athletes studying in college.On the other hand,the conception of power distance was borrowed from the field of cultural psychology which was used as a clue to lead our study on the power value of athletes and its characteristics.The findings indicated that the essential construct of the power value of athletes includes： uniform goal,respect,punishment,communication,self-choice,interest,living environment,peer pressure and intimacy.These factors interactively constitute a self-strengthening power value system characterized by its two types of parallel obedience.
