摘要
主要通过文献法、观察法与辩证分析法对中国男篮的体能训练进行研究,以期为中国男篮的体能训练科学化提供训练学参考。研究得出:中国男篮的体能训练内容主要是有氧耐力、速度耐力、快速力量、力量耐力与灵敏性训练,基本适合篮球项目特点、能量代谢特点与技术特点,不失为高水平的体能训练。但中国男篮在比赛时的体能不容乐观,主要是体力不支和力量欠缺。据此建议:改善力量训练结构,加强最大力量训练,探讨适合篮球项目特点的核心稳定性训练,以增强身体对抗能力;切实加强有氧耐力的训练,促进体力增长;合理配置人员结构,科学监控体能训练负荷;建立体能训练长效机制,系统进行体能训练。
the paper mainly uses the method of documentation,observation and dialectical analysis to examine the physical training of China' men's basketball,in hope of providing scientific training reference for the physical training of the Chinese men's basketball.The conclusion shows that the aerobic endurance,speed endurance,rapid power,strength endurance and sensibility training are the main subjects for physical training of the Chinese men's basketball team and those high-level training methods are suitable for the event feature,energy metabolism and technique characteristics of basketball.Nevertheless,the physical ability of the Chinese men's basketball players in the competition is not optimistic,especially for the insufficient physical endurance and deficient strength. It is suggest that the basketball training shall improve the structure of strength training,upgrade the max-strength training,and explore the core strength training which suitable for the characteristics of the basketball in order to increase the body contact ability,strengthen the aerobic stamina training to improve the player's physical strength,rationally allocate the personnel structure,scientifically monitor the physical training load,establish the long-term mechanism for the physical training,and implement the physical training systematically.
