美国网球公开赛李娜单打竞技能力分析研究

Analysis on the Competitive ability of LI Na in 2009 US OPEN

美国网球公开赛李娜获得了8强,美网八强的成绩再次刷新了中国女网队员进军美网的历史,成为第一个打入美网8强的中国选手,也是其个人职业生涯第二次进入四大满贯女单1/4决赛阶段。本文运用文献资料法、比赛观察法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等对李娜参加本届美网的全部5场单打比赛进行了分析研究。结果表明美网比赛中李娜经过几轮激战获得女单八强,表明其竞技能力水平上了一个新层次:发球与接发球相对比较稳定;正拍攻击力居世界一流;网前球进步很快,体能水平、战术水平有所提高,心理素质有了明显提高,但仍需加强技战术训练、体能训练和心理训练等。

In 2009 US OPEN,Li Na reached quarter finals in Women＇s tennis single games. Her achievement sets a record for Chinese tennis players in the US OPEN.And this is her second entry in the quarter final in the four Grand Slams.Based on the method of literature review,match observation,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this paper analyzes her performance in all 5 single matches she played in the US OPEN.The results indicate that as she can win several games to enter into the quarter finals,the competitiveness of Li Na has reached a new level.The level of serve and reserve maintained the stability,and her right hand competence reached world-class.Her play in the forecourt improved fast.Her physical fitness,tactical and mental state were improved.But her technique and tactical training,physical training,and mental training should be improved.
