摘要
研究除气剂和超声波对A l-5%S i合金铸锭除气的影响。分析不添加除气剂也不超声波处理、只添加除气剂不超声波处理、即添加除气剂又超声波处理情况下,铸锭的组织和除气效果。结果表明,采用合适的超声波振动处理,可显著地降低铸锭内的含气量。
The effect of degasser and ultrasonic on degassing efficiency of ultrasonically refined Al-5%Si alloy ingots is investigated.The alloy microstructure and degassing results in the cases such as nor degasser neither ultrasonic,with degasser only,with degasser and ultrasonic are described.The results show that by using the method of ultrasonic degassing with optimal ultrasonic vibration time,the value of porosity volume is obviously decreased.
