摘要 采用热/力模拟实验方法对热轧态00Cr22Ni5Mo3N双相不锈钢(DSS)进行低应变高温平面变形试验。结果表明,在应变速率分别为0.1s-1和2s-1,变形温度900~1200℃条件下,双相不锈钢的峰值变形抗力随变形温度升高而降低,随应变速率的增大而增加,在各变形温度下,其差值达到30~80MPa。在1000~1200℃变形温度区间,铁素体组织发生完全的动态回复以及再结晶软化,部分奥氏体主要通过孪生变形及亚晶的形成进行软化。 The hot deformation behavior of hot-rolled 00Cr22Ni5Mo3N duplex stainless steel(DSS) is investigated by the use of thermo-mechanical simulator etc.Test results show that with strain rate 0.1s-1 and 2s-1 at 900(1200℃,the peak resistance to deformation of the dual phase steel is abruptly decreased with the increase of the deformation temperature and as the stain rate is increased from 0.1s-1 to 2s-1,the peak stress of dual phase steel is increased by 30~80MPa.With deformation at 1000(1200℃,the recovery and recrystallization of ferrite structure in steel occur where austenite is partially softened by deformation twin and formation of subgrain.
