电化学法制备纳米锑粉

摘要 以加有乳化剂OP-10的稀盐酸溶液为电解液,以锑为阳极,不锈钢网为阴极,采用电化学方法制备了颗粒细小、形态稳定的纳米锑粉。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)及傅立叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)等对所制备的纳米锑粉的结构、形貌、粒径大小进行分析和表征。结果表明,所制备的纳米锑粉分散性较好,尺寸较为均匀,颗粒直径约为20~40nm。乳化剂OP-10作为表面活性剂时,纳米锑粉可有效地被其包覆,不仅阻止了纳米锑粉与氧气的接触和氧化,而且也可防止纳米锑粉的团聚,起到提高纳米锑粉稳定性和分散性的作用。 The new electrochemical method for preparing antimony nano-powders is described.Small size and stable antimony nano-powders are prepared by electrochemical method with antimony as anode in the emulsions containing emulsifier OP-10 and dilute hydrochloric acid.The structure of antimony nano-powders is characterized with XRD,TEM and FT-IR.The results show that the stable and uniform antimony nano-powders are successfully prepared and the average size is 20~40nm.Emulsifier OP-10 is absorbed on the surface of antimony nano-powders,and forms a thin surface film coating the powder surface.The film can prevent the oxidation and aggregation of antimony nano-powders,so it could improve the dispersibility and stability of the antimony nano-powders well.
