基质吸收带规律与极化率的关系

摘要 荧光粉的制备与基质密切相关,无机非金属材料基质对激发波长的有效吸收是制备优质荧光粉的前提条件,必须选择对激发波长有良好吸收的基质,基质吸收带规律的探讨对荧光粉的制备有理论指导意义,本文从晶体场理论、极化率、电负性等方面阐明基质吸收带规律,探讨基质吸收与极化率的关系。 Host is very important for phosphors.High-grade host has excellent absorption for excitation light source.Generally speaking,host absorption band positions in nm are oxysulfideoxidepolyaluminatesilicateboratevanadatephosphatepentaphosphatediphosphatefluride.Therefore phosphors are widely used with flurides in X-ray,borates and vanadates in PDP,oxides in UV,oxysulfides and sulfides in near-UV and blue LED.The positions depend on polarizability,electronegativity and coulomb force.
