摘要
设计周期反向铜电解整流电源的主电路及其控制电路。现场运行实践证明,采用周期反向电解电源,可提高电解电流密度,又能减少阳极纯化,特别是高杂质的阳极板效果更好。实现了节能,降低成本、保质增产,具有实用价值。
The main electric circuit and the controlling electric circuit of cycle reverse rectification power for copper electrolysis are designed.It is proved by the scene operation practice that by the using of cycle reverse electrolysis power,the density of electrolysis current can be increased,but requirements for anode purity are not much more,the effect is especially evident for the anode sheets with high impurity.And the energy-saving,lower costs,high quality and increase of output are achieved.This technology is practicable.
