摘要
首秦高炉布袋灰先后发生几次自燃现象,严重影响生产和环保。为深入了解布袋灰产生自燃的原因,提出相应的应对措施,对首秦高炉布袋灰试样进行粒度、成分的全面分析和热力学计算,并针对不同粒度和成分的未燃布袋灰进行氧化燃烧试验。试验发现,在相同试验条件下粒度细小和Zn,Na,K含量高的试样升温幅度显著,最终得出粒度过细和Zn,Na,K含量过高是引发布袋灰自燃的主要因素。
The spontaneous combustion of the blast furnace bag dust from Shouqin BF occurs some times,the production and environment protection is seriously affected.To have a deep knowledge of the reason of the spontaneous combustion,the comprehensive analysis is implemented with the particle size and component of same samples.Also,the thermodynamic calculation and combustion tests of unburned samples are carried out so as to propose the corresponding measures for spontaneous combustion.Based on tests,under the same experimental conditions the temperature rise of sample which has the finer particle size and the higher content of Zn,Na,K is obvious.It is found consequently that the over fine particle size and the supper high content of Zn,Na,K are the main reason of the spontaneous combustion.
