摘要
为了查清矿石性质,制定合理的选矿方案,本研究采用荷兰PHILIPS XL300型扫描电镜(SEM)、电子探针、电子显微镜等先进测试仪器对赣南某红土镍矿进行了详细的工艺矿物学研究,研究表明,该矿石矿物组成复杂,矿物种类繁多,其中镍矿物多呈分散状态分布于钴镍蛇纹石、含钴镍磁铁矿、含镍铬铁矿中,独立镍矿物仅有红砷镍矿、斜方砷镍矿,含量甚微,且粒度很细,不能用机械选矿方法予以富集,只能采用化学选矿或冶炼富集方法来提取镍,综合分析提出采用酸浸工艺进行提镍。
In order to identify the nature of ore and draw up the rational beneficiation program,this paper studies on technological mineralogy of the laterite nickel ore in south of Ganzhou with SEM,electron probe and electron microscope.The research shows that the mineral has a complex component and a great variety,mostly of the nickels are scattered in the serpentine,chromite and magnetite,independent nickels are only scattered in the kupfernickel and safflorite,but its content is very little and particle size is fine.The nickel can not be enriched with mechanical beneficiation,only can be enriched with chemical or smelting method.Based on the synthetical analysis,acid leaching to enrich nickel is discussed at the end of the paper.
